This Side- Nickel Creek

Title track from 2002 album, "This Side", which Julia Lisi gave to me for my ninth (or tenth) birthday. We're so glad Chris Thile moved on to other stuff.

Sleep With One Eye Open- Chris Thile & Michael Daves

Title track off of 2011 duo's album, "Sleep With One Eye Open", recorded in Jack White's studio, and nominated for 2012 Best Bluegrass Album. Chris Thile founded the Grammy-winnin' folk trio Nickel Creek in 1989, and now plays with the (nominated for 2 Grammys in 2010) Punch Brothers, who toured with Paul Simon for his new album "So Beautiful or So What" (I was there!). Also does a bunch of classical stuff with Yo-Yo Ma and Edgar Meyer (check out "Atta Boy" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-31e8Nlujw&ob=av3e).

Timeflies Tuesday: Under The Sea

This song is pretty cool. It's by a group called Timeflies Tuesday and not that many people know about them. I like this song because they create all of the beats themselves. I especially enjoy the steel drum part, I've always been fond of the steel drums haha. Hope you all enjoy.

We Are Young by Fun

So I heard this song on a TV show and actually fell in love.  It is so, so good!  The lyrics are great and the music is just perfect.  I've had it stuck in my head ever since.  Not gonna lie, I've had it on repeat for a while too. Hope you all enjoy (except I kinda just know you will)!  ~HRL

Virutal Insanity- Jamiroquai

Sounds like just about every song on the 2002 album "Songs About Jane" (Any pre-2007 Maroon 5 fans out there? Don't deny it...). Also, Fun Fact! This song is the most popular ringtone in Japan!
