St. Jerome - Coconut Records

A lot of people have probably heard of this but here goes...So I don't really have much to say about this song except for that I find it really relaxing.  It is super chill and fun to listen to. Hope you like. ~HRL

The Queen is Dead- The Smiths

The Queen is Dead was released by the Smiths in 1986. In it, Morrissey criticizes the Queen of England and details his plain to murder her. Needless to say, the British Police searched Morrissey's home upon the song's release and then conducted a personal investigation. A great song, nonetheless.

CB Buddy-Swing

Please sing along or laugh to this terrible, hysterical song. Found out about this surreal fiddle tune when watching a video about the M'khedril alphabet of Georgia. Someone should learn to play the fiddle song with their spleen while drinking apple juice with his/her eyes

Hard Believer - First Aid Kit

First Aid Kit is a Swedish folk band consisting of sisters Klara and Johanna. I discovered them on YouTube about a year ago, when they did a cover of a Fleet Foxes song, and since then, they've come out with an AMAZING album- "The Big Black and the Blue". I absolutely love their use of harmonies, and in some songs they even have an organ. Hard Believer was easily my favorite song from the album, but I HIGHLY recommend you listen to the entire thing. Runner ups from the album were "Waltz for Richard" and "You're Not Coming Home Tonight".

Your ears will thank me!

Chop Suey! - System of a Down

This song was actually the song that got me into the more Metal genre of music. I first heard it while playing Rock Band with some friends and loved it. It may seem a little to heavy at first, but hang in there. Definitely a song for the people who like the dark sound of music, but don't want yelly, crazy EVERY lyric. At 1 minute it'll mellow out. Hope you enjoy.

Pardon Me by He is We

This song really hits home for me and it makes me think about life. It is also a tune that you can kinda bob your head  to and it's very strong. The simplicity makes it beautiful. I listen to the song 2-3 times a day because of the ease it brings when you listen. I really hope you guys like it. - IW

Lisztomania - Phoenix

This song is forever a favorite of mine, it's so upbeat and cheery. To be honest, I love Phoenix in general, I would definitely recommend you listen to them. Phoenix is a Grammy winning French-Indie Rock band from Versailles. Their unique style makes them incredibly appealing. Enjoy!
